As per Delhi LPP and Master Plan 2021 guideline, DE is allowed to pool land for unified planning, servicing and subdivision/share of the land for development as per prescribed norms and guidelines.
We, the Revanta Multistage Co-operative Group Housing Society, have added a new wing to our portfolio- ‘APS Revanta Developers’. APS Revanta Developers aims to provide development services in Developer’s format.
The decision to add DE format to our already existing CGHS model is well thought and a strategic one. In CGHS format, we were restricted to residential offerings, with a limitation to allot flats through draw only. Many of our existing and potential clients requested us to provide them with options to choose floor, facing,payment plans,etc. All the while we also got innumerable requests to provide commercial units. All these weren’t possible unless we register ourselves as Developer Entity(DE). DE model empowers us to offer residential as well as commercial properties, and manage all these projects with more autonomy.
